Two MMA sims that I enjoy.

MMA Tycoon (http://www.mmatycoon.com) is an online text sim. It's free to play (although you can pay for a VIP membership to get enhanced features). This is a multiplayer game -- you manage the career of 4 fighters (more if you pay). If you're a VIP you can also run a promotion, clothing company, bookmaker or nutrition company.

World of Mixed Martial Arts II (http://www.greydogsoftware.com/wmma2) is a downloadable game that costs $34.95. It is also a text sim wherein you run a promotion. Excellent fight engine.

I don't have any financial interest in either game -- I just enjoy them so I thought I would share.
