Beast of the East help....

I was hoping that someone copuld point me in the right direction. This is my first tournament, so I am unfamiliar with the process.I had sent a message using the email utility on the grapplersquest.com but I never recieved a response. I sent in my payment for the coompetition as well as for tickets. I am in need of more tickets, however i don't know how to go about ordering more at the competitors price. Also is there a way to confirm reciept of payment?? Please help...
