Check out my new school, Dragon Spirit (DS MMA) in Lyndhurst, NJ. We are offering classes 6 days per week in MMA (Mixed Martial Arts), Muay Thai Kickboxing, Boxing, Karate, Self Defense and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

We have a smith machine with a flat bench, incline and decline bench, shoulder press, and leg workout. We also have a machine for curls, lat pulldowns, chest workout, and countless pulley exercises. We also have a full 1200 lbs. dumbell set as well as various free weights. Use of the room is now included in your membership, FREE of charge.
