Check out my new school, Dragon Spirit (DS MMA) in Lyndhurst, NJ. We are offering classes 6 days per week in MMA (Mixed Martial Arts), Muay Thai Kickboxing, Boxing, Karate, Self Defense and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Kettlebell Workshop at Dragon Spirit Martial Arts

KETTLEBELL WORKSHOP

On Sunday, May 23rd, we will be having a kettlebell workshop from 1:00pm to 2:30pm. This seminar will teach you the proper way to use kettlebells for maximum strength, endurance, power, and conditioning. It will be taught by kettlebell expert and mixed martial artist, Mr. Mark Piscope. It will be held at DS Mixed Martial Arts located at 718 Ridge Road in Lyndhurst, NJ (8 miles from New York City).
