Had some good matches in free rolling the last few classes, pulling off good cross collar chokes, and even my new favorite after a failed back take.
I went for a guy's back and he rolled me off his right side. Before I could secure a good position I grabbed his right collar with my left hand (around the front of his neck). As I fell, I wrapped my legs in some kind of bizarre "side guard" where the guy was sideways in my closed guard. Since I had his collar, I arched my back, pulled with my left hand and pushed with my right forearm against the right side of his neck. I got the tap immediately! Gotta trademark that with a cool name before someone else does, haha!
I made 194lbs on Friday, I want to drop to 185lbs by 2.20.10. I'm going to work some power/endurance this week and hit cardio harder to prepare for the Warrior Challenge on the 20th.
Now time for bed, gotta work tomorrow and work out!
