Hey guy's, this is my first blog on http://GrapplersQuest.com and I am happy to share what's going on with me. I'm in New Mexico right now training for my upcoming fight in UFC 110. My body all way"s take"s a bit to adjust to the altitude but some how the team here help's me forget about the pain. I'm very exited for this next fight and can't wait to show off all the hard work to everyone. The picture I posted, is of my boys and I and I choice to share it with you because they as well as my wife are my greatest inspiration.

I love my family and Mixed Martial Arts more than anything in the world!

The nicest smile in MMA belongs to that guy, Joey Villasenor. If it makes you tingle, it is because he like to smile before he punches you in a fight.

I really wanted to thank everyone for coming out and supporting the first UFC Fan Expo and Grapplers Quest. I've competed in Grapplers Quest a ton of times, but this was my first Superfight with their organization. This was a charity superfight that benefited Autism Awareness. I try to compete in GQ in between fights to keep my ground game sharp.
