Conditioning class (South Florida Fight Club)

Conditioning camp for MMA and Jiu-Jitsu being held at South Florida Fight Club Tuesday and Thursday 5:30p-6:30p.
Our class involves various methods of strength and conditioning which maximize an athlete's performance. This type of training goes way beyond the one-dimensional exercises familiar to most people. Our goal is to make everyone become well-rounded and well conditioned. You can expect to go through a variety of exercises including :
Tire flip, sled drag, weight circuits, sandbags, etc...

MMA & Jiu Jitsu conditioning

I train all my clients with unique training methods that involve things ranging from regular weights to flex bands, chains, medicine balls, weight sleds,sandbags and bodyweight exercises. Workouts are done indoor and outdoors.
