TORONTO - World class fighter and Grapplers Quest-born grappler, Diego "The Dream" Sanchez stepped out of a 6 year layoff from Grappling tournaments and entered the 4-Man Pro Tournament on Friday and Saturday, April 29-30 at the Direct Energy Centre at the prestigious UFC Fan Expo Toronto 2011. He challenged himself against some of the world's best grapplers including Andrew McInnes and Ryan Hall. Sanchez submitted his first opponent, McInnes via knee bar, down on points with just 29 seconds remaining. It was one of the best finishes in the history of grappling. Then, on Saturday, Sanchez faced Ryan Hall, losing via points after escaping some vicious inverted heel hook submission attempts, it was a very intense back and forth battle.

Diego Sanchez is one of the greatest people I've ever met, not just for his beliefs and love for mma and grappling, he is also a world class philanthropist, as he impressed the entire audience donating his entire UFC Fan Expo 4-Man Purse to Autism and AutismRadio.org
