Major congrats to Grapplers Quest champion and sponsored athlete, Kurt "Batman" Pellegrino on defeating Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt, Fabricio Camoes via submission earning the Submission of the Night! WAR PELLEGRINO...next one or two fights will lead to a title shot, I'm sure of it.!

Description of Fabricio Camoes Vs. Kurt Pellegrino

Round 1: Camoes goes for the takedown immediately and they hit the fence. Camoes lands a shoulder throw and gets Pellegrino's back. Pellegrino stands against the octagon with Camoes still clinging to his back. Camoes goes for the rear naked choke. Pellegrino slams Camoes to his head and takes his back, then moves to mount. Camoes gets his guard back. Camoes goes for a triangle choke and then an omoplata. Pellegrino gets side control but ends the round in half guard. Goscores the round 10-9 for Pellegrino.

Round 2: They hit the ground with Pellegrino on top. Back to the feet and Pellegrino gets a takedown to put them right back on the ground. Pellegrino attacking in Camoes' guard. Pellegrino mounts Camoes. They scramble but Camoes is getting the worst of it and seems to be tiring. Camoes tries for a switch but Pellegrino reverses it and spins to his back. Pellegrino gets the rear-naked choke. It's over.

Kurt Pellegrino defeated Fabricio Camoes via submission (rear-naked choke) at 4:20 of Round 2 and wins bonus for Submission of the Night!
