Last Monday i was cleared by my orthopedic to get back to full time training, my back is as good as its going to get for now! I am doing active release therapy (ART) weekly and keeping up with my sports massages and its really been awesome for my back. I'm really excited to get back in the gym full time, 7 weeks off was the worst. I have some exciting new training coming up, will keep everyone updated on that. I'll be ready to fight as early as march. I will let everyone know once the UFC has another opponant for me! I cant wait.

Results from 1st World Series of Grappling

The 1st Grapplers Quest World Series was a HUGE success. Special thanks to all of the competitors, fans, sponsors, coaches and teams who participated in the first ever World Series of Grappling helped us SMASH our previous competitor records, SOLD OUT Texas Station rooms, restaurants and bars all weekend, plus doubled our previous "economic impact" on Las Vegas. Why was that so important? Because Grappling has never been hosted exclusively at a Hotel and Casino as a standalone event, this was history making and now we have the support from every hotel and casino in Las Vegas.
