MRSA never existed until the 1960's. Even then, it was an infection usually contracted in the hospital. Now, MRSA has hit locker rooms, schools, and MMA gyms, to name a few.
Statistics state that IF you've ever been treated for a staph infection any time previously, there is a higher likelihood that you'll get MRSA.

I didn't feel too sore after Wednesday's deadlifting. In fact, I felt pretty decent considering that was a new record for me. I kept my form strong, and I was sore only with muscle fatigue. Rolling in BJJ helps me with all the obvious things: strength, endurance, technique, but also with relaxing my body and stretching, etc.

I hate this time of year! Its offically -8 degrees out today! With the Wind chill it is -27 degrees! Grappling changes a bit when it gets that cold, the mats start to shrink a bit, it takes me a longer to get wamed up. So if you in the warmer areas of the USA be happy!

Hey guy's, this is my first blog on http://GrapplersQuest.com and I am happy to share what's going on with me. I'm in New Mexico right now training for my upcoming fight in UFC 110. My body all way"s take"s a bit to adjust to the altitude but some how the team here help's me forget about the pain. I'm very exited for this next fight and can't wait to show off all the hard work to everyone. The picture I posted, is of my boys and I and I choice to share it with you because they as well as my wife are my greatest inspiration.
